How many people fit in the TwitchyBooth?

We have had a whole college volleyball team in the booth once but generally it fits between 8-12 people.

How much space does the TwitchyBooth need?

We would love a 10×10 space but since the TwitchyBooth is so awesome we can modify it to fit smaller spaces as well.

Do you need power?

Yes, just a standard plug in somewhere reasonably close to the set up location.

Does the TwitchyBooth require anything else?

The only thing other than space and plugin is a table for our props. Most venues will provide this for you. If you don’t have a table for us just let us know and we can arrange for one at your event.

Does it come with a backdrop?

It sure does! There are plenty to choose from and they can be viewed here: Backdrops We can also get custom ones built for you!

Do you supply props? Are they cleaned?

We definitely supply all the props and they are thoroughly cleaned after each event.

Does the TwitchyBooth print the photos?

Yes! It prints beautiful 4×6’s on site! We can set it up to print 2×6 strip photos too, but the 4×6’s are the most popular.

How many copies do we get?

The TwitchyBooth is set up to print one 4×6 for each photo taken. But you and your guests can download the digital images from your online gallery for free!

Can we customize the prints?

Yes, we would prefer you did! We can add names, dates, logos and more to the prints. Just send us whatever graphics you have (logo, invite, etc.) and we will build a proof for you to see before the event.

Is there a limit to the number of prints?

No way! You get unlimited prints during your booking!

What if we lose a print?

Your guests have access to the online gallery from your event that they can download digital images from.

Do we get the images from our event?

Yes, as long as you supply us with an address, you will get a usb mailed to you with all the images from your event!

When do you set the TwitchyBooth up?

Ideally, we would like to set the booth up a few hours before your event. Each event is different though and we would love to work with you on the best time for everyone.

Will there be an attendant?

Yes, we have an onsite assistant with every TwitchyBooth rental to make sure your event goes smoothly!

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cheques and email transfer.

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, to secure your date we need a 30% deposit and a signed contract.

What is the refund policy?

The deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to book another event on the same day, in which case, we will refund the whole deposit.
